While no one really enjoys spending money on repairs, I would like to tell you how happy I am with the way the job was performed. I am sure you are already aware of the quality work your men do, but sometimes it is nice to hear it from the customer too.

First of all, their first day on the job was a freezing, rainy, sleety, miserable kind of day and they had to work outside most of the time. They could have been miserable and rude about it, but were not, not even once. Then, on the inside work they had to go up and down the steps (third floor to basement) numerous times, and had to crawl around in spaces that even I have never been into. Lastly, when the inspector came to check the work, he made a point of calling me to the new electrical box while he had the cover off, wires exposed, and showed me what a neat, perfect job they had done on installation.

I just want to say thank you for being able to know that the job was well done and thanks to your men for doing it in such a nice manner.
